Steps To Start Your Concierge Service

1 Personal Contracting Consultation

Your personal contracting consultation involves meeting with Brian and Ami to show them your home. We will inspect the home, scan measurements and take photographs of the home. We will discuss your urgent projects that need immediate attention and your long term dreams for your home.

2 Present Your Home Project Plan

Based on your Personal Contracting Consultation, a Home Project Plan will be provided reflecting your priorities and timelines. It will include schedules for any maintenance plans in addition to a priority list of projects to be completed. We will begin to discuss timing of projects to match your budget requirements.

3 Provide Price Quotation for 1st Project

Now that a timeline has been set, we will provide an estimate of cost for the maintenance plan in addition to the 1st project on your Home Project Plan. Once approval of the estimate is received, the project start date will be set and the project will begin! Once the 1st project has been completed, the next one can begin. Before you know it, your home projects will be handled and you only had to make one call! We will truly handle it all!!
